Capsicum is a new journaling app, although that’s not the best description for it. It does more than that. It’s a to do app, journal, events, calendar, planner, and more. The more is what got my attention.
I’ve been keeping track of my health in recent months and have lost a lot of weight and generally felt better as a result. It occurred to me that keeping track of everything is what made the difference.
That’s why when I saw what Capsicum does with habits my interest was piqued. It kicks it up a notch. Viewing the accumulated data is what may help make this a lifelong thing rather than something that goes away after a awhile.
