Look who’s back to work. Trying to get back into our routine of walking a mile or so indoors at work. A challenge, but we managed.
Joyce Carol and I ushered in the new year and decade with a little over a mile walk in our neighborhood. It was a very dreary morning. Here’s hoping the next ten years are better for everyone.
Now that we’re both members of the stroke club, it’s sorta like the blind leading the blind. Or feeble leading the feebler. Amazed we both don’t fall over. But we did almost a mile on a very frosty morning. Hope everyone’s holiday went/is going well.
According to human habits guru James Clear, we each get roughly 25,000 mornings in our lives. He has thoughts on how not to waste them. So, Joyce Carol and I took it to heart and walked over a mile to start the week, rejoicing in the fact that we’re still able to do this at all. Be happy, people.
